Also, we are just minutes from beach access, kayak rentals on the bay, Johnson's Beach National Park, the National Naval Aviation Museum, Orange Beach and Pensacola. 🏊 Pool • Swim at your own risk. Supervise children. No diving. • Close umbrellas when not in use, especially at night. Guests may be responsible for damage. • Pool cleaning is Thursday. • Heating costs $50 plus tax per day, must be requested 3 days before arrival, and targets 88°F. • Large blue umbrellas are for pool use only. Beach umbrellas are provided. • Pool use is for overnight guests only unless approved. 🚗 Parking • Maximum 2 driveway vehicles and 1 street vehicle. • No RVs/ATVs. Do not block driveways or park on grass. • Follow parking signs and stay at least 30 feet from the corner stop sign. • Overflow parking: Semmes Street or cul-de-sacs on Evening Glow Drive. 🔥 Firepit & Paddle Board Use at your own risk. Supervise children near the fire. Firewood and lighter are not provided. Paddle board, paddle, and life vest are for bay use only—not the beach. Dry, deflate, and return the board to its bag after use. 🔇 Quiet Hours: 9 PM–8 AM Full-time residents live next door. Keep music and conversations low, especially at the pool after 9 PM. 🐶 No Pets No pets unless authorized under Airbnb’s Service Animal Policy. Additional cleaning or damage charges, and possible reservation termination, are subject to Airbnb policies. Service animals are welcome under Airbnb’s policies. 🚭 No Indoor Smoking No smoking or vaping of any substance inside the home or garage. Smoking is permitted at the firepit only; dispose of cigarette butts properly. 🧹 Cleanliness Use beach towels for the beach/pool, not bath towels. Place trash in outdoor bins. Trash pickup is Wednesday; bins go to the street Tuesday evening. 📷 Security Exterior cameras are located at the front, back, pool, and doorbell. Do not tamper with cameras. 🚲 Bikes & Beach Gear Provided: 2 children's bikes and helmets, 4 adult bikes, a wagon, 6 beach chairs, and 2 beach umbrellas.
